«We did not have a good experience about our check-in services ! I had booked an ocean view room but it was not even a partial view. The process to change our room turned into a very unpleasant experience ! Long story short, we almost were going to call the Tourist Police to resolve the issue ! »

«The property is very well maintained with lovely trees, grass and flowered hedges. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day. The food was good, just what you would expect with a buffet all inclusive these days. The bartenders were friendly and made excellent alcohol and no-alcohol drinks. I would recommend this hotel for a 3-4 star experience.»

«We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff in all areas were exceptional. Jesus and Daniel were very attentive and helpful poolside. Raull and all the the bellmen did a great job when a taxi was needed. We ate at most of the restaurants at both resorts and found the food and service went above and beyond. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The spa offered a variety of services My massage was amazing. We would definetly consider returning to La Estancia for another vacation.»
