«The staff were excellent, the best part of the resort. There were things in our room and around the resort that weren’t great…no bulb in lamp, not always getting clean towels, strong odor in bathroom at times. Several taps not functioning in bathrooms, some restaurants closed on some days. Shuttle to towns not running unless minimum amount of people booking.»

«The property was full and active. It was a nice resort to stay in. If you are looking for quieter evenings in your room, make sure to book an outside room or an oceanfront room. The partial ocean view rooms mostly have great views from which you can watch the whales in the morning. We were on the 6th floor, and the ocean views were spectacular. If you like quiet time around 10 PM, you will still hear the activities that continue until about 11 PM in the courtyard. »

«We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff in all areas were exceptional. Jesus and Daniel were very attentive and helpful poolside. Raull and all the the bellmen did a great job when a taxi was needed. We ate at most of the restaurants at both resorts and found the food and service went above and beyond. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The spa offered a variety of services My massage was amazing. We would definetly consider returning to La Estancia for another vacation.»
