«The staff were amazing, very friendly and very helpful. we enjoyed our stay. The food was good and the activities were fun. We did enjoy our trip although the cleanliness of our room was undesirable. The sheets were clean but the mattress and the pillows (all of them) had a strong sweat and mildew smell that was very apparent. Even when our sheets were changed, the smell remained. «The staff were amazing! Friendly and very helpful. Always positive and eager to enhance our stay in any way possible. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff were fast and efficient in cleaning our rooms. The pool staff and waiters were friendly, and worked very hard to meet every guest’s needs. We did not do the all inclusive so I cannot comment on the food. We ate in local restaurants and walked to Bucerias daily. Would definitely return to this hotel. »

«We have stayed at La Estancia four times and we absolutely love it. It is clean, very well appointed. The food is amazing. The views from La Patron for breakfast are unmatched. We were so impressed that they built a new roof over the patio at La Patron. The Italian restaurant for dinner watching the sunset is amazing. We walked several times into Bucerias which was a nice perk. We will be coming back. »
