«The room was clean, and the aircondition worked, but that was the only good things about this hotel. The person that was at the front desk when we arrived was rude. Most of the lights in the room were not working, the tv didn't have any channels, the shower door would not close and water went everywhere. There were holes in the towels. «The Worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. I payed to Get the Laguna view and ended up in a room without balcony. The room smells really bad of mold and there is absolutely no ventilation or a window to open. Air conditioning is super loud and has no temperature regulation, it gets freezing cold so you have to sleep without. The receptionist is not very welcoming and has no interest in helping you at all. The location is in the middle of nowhere, there is no supermarket close by, you have to get a taxi ...
