«The hotel has really high potential. It’s in an incredible location and the rooms are beautiful, big and extremely well equipped. A couple things that were a bit frustrating - the hot water didn’t work ever in our showers. At the very most it was luke warm and they tried to fix it once for us. We also weren’t told we needed to put a sign on our door handle for cleaning service so we didn’t know it was available until the last day which was a shame.
