«Feiendly staff especially at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Room had been refurbished since our last visit but rest of hotel is showing it's age. Focus needed on tidiness of outside areas. There was an empty beer can on the grass that remained there for the 4 days (3 nights) of our stay.»

«Havnt been here for quite some time. Big revamp makes a big difference. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. One issue was the room was very warm. Even when the radiators were tyrned off. However they did provide a fan. Evening Food was good, breakfast was ok, with the exception of the poached egg, that was perfect. »

«We were on the second floor, the lift was clean and prompt, the room was clean and the bathroom clean. The shower was hot, but it felt as though one of the tiles on the wet room floor was a bit wobbly. Last time we had a bath, so next time we are going to ask for a bath. The breakfast was excellent and the complimentary snacks with our evening drink was a nice bonus. We would have eaten at the Ibis but the day we chose the main chef wasn’t in and the restricted menu for that day didn’t have a ...
