«We were on the second floor, the lift was clean and prompt, the room was clean and the bathroom clean. The shower was hot, but it felt as though one of the tiles on the wet room floor was a bit wobbly. Last time we had a bath, so next time we are going to ask for a bath. The breakfast was excellent and the complimentary snacks with our evening drink was a nice bonus. «Feiendly staff especially at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Room had been refurbished since our last visit but rest of hotel is showing it's age. Focus needed on tidiness of outside areas. There was an empty beer can on the grass that remained there for the 4 days (3 nights) of our stay.»
