«Tammy and Dave are amazing host and always available to answer and questions or recommendations of what to do, eat, ect. The little surprises like cookies available before calling it a nite, water and drinks in the fridge. The breakfast was made fresh and was delicious, made just for you. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets area the softest I have ever slept in. Thanks for making my birthday time special, you both and like a new friendship that was made. »

«First time at a bed and breakfast. Very enjoyable and more important relaxing spot away from the craziness of the city. Room was perfect and I actually enjoyed the room not having a tv which was a great way to disconnect and I appreciate that! Would come back here again for a wine trip!»

«It was incredible at the Hillcrest. Martha and her family were so lovely and cared for us immensely. We were lucky to be there for the night when there were no other guests in the mansion, so we had the entire place to ourselves, and all of Martha's incredible hospitality. She whipped us up an incredible three course dinner at a moment's notice, and the breakfast the next morning was divine. We were the only couple staying the night we were there and treated to a beautiful and delicious breakfast spread in the morning. She gave us space but was also very personable and delightful to talk with. I wish we had more time to spend there and would love to go back as the property and guest experiences continue to evolve!»

«We pulled in at 5pm and were promptly greeted by Bill (Judie's husband). He checked us in and gave us a brief tour of the building and the farm. Our room was spacious and well appointed, and the bathroom with the slipper claw foot tub was very nice. It was modern but maintained much of the character we appreciate. Breakfast was excellent, and included an impromptu lesson from Bill on (re)construction of the premises. Unfortunately Judie was under the weather, so we didn't get a chance to meet ...

«This bed and breakfast is run by a lovely young couple who were a delight to talk to. I had numerous questions before we arrived and they were answered promptly. The rooms were clean and charming. The history of the building is fascinating and there was a lot of literature on hand about the area. The breakfast was delicious, a recipe from the owner's grandmother who was also the previous owner. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!»
