«The staff in particular were very pleasant to interact with - helpful, smiling, friendly, and effectively responded to my inquiries or requests. Location was great for our purposes, and as we did not have children, we appreciated the second pool and hot tub and workout area which we used. Food at the main restaurant was very good. «Aside from the property being at a great convenient spot, what made this stay special were the staff especially at the front desk. Right at check in, we were welcomed by the warm and friendly smile and personality of the staffs. Big shout out to Cindy and Marybel! You ladies are the best! The staff at the breakfast buffett were friendly too. The rooms were decent, linens and washrooms were clean both at check in and our entire 2 nights stay. «We’ve stayed here 3 times and never want to stay anywhere else in banff. The roof top hot pools are unmatched anywhere else except the fairmont. Staff is great, restaurant on site is good. Close to everything, just a great place to stay! It is definitely too expensive for what I would say are pretty average hotel rooms but everywhere in Banff is overpriced. Loyalty program would be nice too for returning guests! »
