«I thought this was one of the cleanest hotels ive stayed at in Banff. The staff was very friendly. I did not like that there were no stairs to the third floor (that I could find) and that some rooms are quite far from the elevator »

«No pool due to maintenance, we told we had to drive and call before we wanted to go to a pool at a sister property. Received an older outdated room as we had our dog with us. »

«The breakfast was great, it was quiet both nights. The carpet looked rough with spots all over it and the sower curtain was so flimsy and clingy I couldn't really ever shut it fully and water went everywhere. Reception was great and room service was nice. Couldn't use the sauna as it was a mess. Overall, it was fine.»
