«Let me just start off by saying my family & I LOVED our stay here at Brian’s home. Not only was it fully stocked but we didn’t need anything during our stay & i mean anything. Brian’s home came with everything you could think of & some more! Not to mention the backyard area that adds a big plus to this home. Brian & his Team were also very responsive & made sure all of our questions & concerns were answered. We will definitely be booking here again!»

«We took our kids out to San Diego for New Year’s and had the pleasure of staying 5 nights at Natalia and Harold’s place. It was perfect for our family and we greatly enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and then some! I would highly recommend this property for families. Lots of space and the layout is ideal, with all of the bedrooms upstairs so the early bedtimes are not disturbed by the night owls. »

«The space was amazing and very clean. The host was communicative and was great about responding very quickly to questions. The pool and hot tub were so nice, we enjoyed a day at the pool. «Although its not listed under the comforts section, it does not mention the house has no air conditioning, it only mentions heat. Where I'm from ac is a must and in every home so I naturally assumed it had it when booking. While it wasn't too hot, it was humid and uncomfortable. Theres a big beautiful refrigerator in the kitchen that doesn't work, you'll have to use the much smaller one in the garage. Only half the lights worked in the kitchen/ living area. «We were 2 families that enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very spacious. Our favorite thing was the backyard. There was so much to do and it as a great space to relax after long days of sightseeing. »

«The neighborhood is a bit sketchy for walking the dog. Once the car was in the carport and the door closed behind us it was a very nice place to be. No gate to keep the dog in the patio/yard area. Weird valves in the shower, I never did figure it out…»

«The place was fabulous! Super clean with tons of amenities and plenty of room! All appliances were brand new! Centrally located to the freeway and 20 minutes from the beaches. Supermarket close by too! If I could give 10 stars I would. The host was very communicative and answered any questions immediately.»

«Very nice setup and location. Would normally rate this very high. However, the kitchen and bathroom floor were sticky. The kitchen cabinets and doors were sticky. Just gave you a bad feeling regarding cleanliness Also was allot of planes and helicopters from the airbase, relatively noisy. But that really can’t be solved by the hotel. »

«First time in a place like this! Once you stay you’ll understand. At first you walk in an alley way that feels illegal between el Chingon nightclub/restaurant and another eatery! They text you the code and you walk through a hallway with food workers and go either up some stairs or elevator and go to your room! «Property was great but just to note that since it overlooks the airport , you do get quite loud noise from jets taking off. Also we had a very rowdy crowd in the apartment above us, which was highly annoying at 3am in the morning. Other than that, the property was great value, spacious, clean, new and modern. Highly recommend.»
