«We took our kids out to San Diego for New Year’s and had the pleasure of staying 5 nights at Natalia and Harold’s place. It was perfect for our family and we greatly enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and then some! I would highly recommend this property for families. Lots of space and the layout is ideal, with all of the bedrooms upstairs so the early bedtimes are not disturbed by the night owls. »

«The space was amazing and very clean. The host was communicative and was great about responding very quickly to questions. The pool and hot tub were so nice, we enjoyed a day at the pool. «Although its not listed under the comforts section, it does not mention the house has no air conditioning, it only mentions heat. Where I'm from ac is a must and in every home so I naturally assumed it had it when booking. While it wasn't too hot, it was humid and uncomfortable. «The house is cute with some nice updates. But, our main interest was in the pool and hot tub features. So, it was very disappointing to find out last minute that the hot tub was not working. And, unfortunately it was way too cold to use the pool.However, the owner was very good at responding quickly to my questions & concerns! And, there’s a good mall near by. »

«The place was fabulous! Super clean with tons of amenities and plenty of room! All appliances were brand new! Centrally located to the freeway and 20 minutes from the beaches. Supermarket close by too! If I could give 10 stars I would. The host was very communicative and answered any questions immediately.»
