«Very nice place. Good parking. Great view and close walk to beach, near a park and some shops. Only downside had to do with the neighbors smoking out on their balcony which made sitting outside unpleasant at times. I suspect they aren’t supposed to do that and were also vacationers. Property itself is excellent. Well stocked kitchen with utensils. Bedroom with the 2 beds is tight but having two queens is nice for more people.»

«The unit was very spacious with three bedrooms. We stayed for a month. The beds were comfortable and there was easy access to the unit. The main street of Imperial Beach is a fun spot with lots of places to eat and drink. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to questions I had. The only issues that we had were the cleanliness of the bathrooms upon arrival. The spa tub had mold and mildew which I tried my best to clean but the apartment could use a good cleaning from the top down.»

«The property description and pictures are pretty accurate. Our biggest concern was the homeless people with obvious mental or substance abuse issues outside the patio area, and the nightly fights outside the patio area. For us personally, this was enough of a safety issue to render the patio useless. Additionally, the patio windows didn’t lock so knowing there were numerous unhoused people right outside, with windows that didn’t lock, increased our sense of unease. This just wasn’t the relaxing ...
