«The condo is spacious and has excellent views and locations. We enjoyed the opportunity to gather our family and enjoy meals and special time together. The beach town was quiet in the middle of winter, but things were open and the opportunities for dining were amenable. We want to go back in the summer and do things it was too cold for in December.»

«I loved being next to the beach. The price was comparatively reasonable for location. There's even a little walkable coffee, breakfast and lunch place nearby called Katy's Cafe. But there are a ton of places to eat nearby and on Palm Ave. where my family lives. The building is very secure and the apartment is cozy but roomy too, and quiet. I didn't use the kitchen but it appears to have everything needed. »

La Jolla for breakfast, Balboa Park in the afternoon and watching the sunset from the fabulous deck of this amazing place.Many quaint places within walking distance.Don't miss out on walking out to the end of the pier! «We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate a birthday. There were 4 of us altogether. The apartment size was absolutely perfect for all of us. The furnishings were great, except for a beach chair that broke on someone. There was the essentials to get us through the meals (bring your own toiletries). The weather was perfect and the balcony view and beach access was the best part! There were restaurants nearby and a liquor store right downstairs to supply our wine and coffee. Overall, a great experience ...

«The cleanliness and view was good. However, there was mold in washer and dryer smelled like it was burning and we needed to use both. Saw roaches and sadly there was broken glass on balcony when we first arrived and my 7 year old was cut. Maintenance found silverfish and states they did see roaches but they were there. I got a $83 refund but would expect more given the circumstances. Thank you»

«An impressively equipped home which includes everything that you could possibly want during your stay. The host responded rapidly to messages and was concerned that we had everything we needed. He was helpful in allowing a slightly later check out as well as leaving thorough instructions about how to operate the appliances etc. The house is well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. It is in an ideal position on the seafront in IB and includes a garage. Thoroughly recommend.»

«The property description and pictures are pretty accurate. Our biggest concern was the homeless people with obvious mental or substance abuse issues outside the patio area, and the nightly fights outside the patio area. For us personally, this was enough of a safety issue to render the patio useless. Additionally, the patio windows didn’t lock so knowing there were numerous unhoused people right outside, with windows that didn’t lock, increased our sense of unease. This just wasn’t the relaxing ...

«Highly recommend for an interesting kind of VRBO rental that is as comfortable as it is fun and rejuvenating. The yacht has everything you need for an enjoyable stay and you won't want to leave when your time is up! Elizabeth and Tim are fantastic hosts - personable and professional and they handle everything from start to finish. Sunbathe, swim, kayak, fish or do nothing and just relax. Beds are comfortable, bathroom are fully equipped. Can't say enough positive about this 'property'. »
