The owner thought of every little detail to make anyone’s stay as simple as can be! Plenty of towels, blankets, toiletries in case you forgot your own, night lights… the list goes on! The owner was beyond accommodating! We will absolutely stay here again for future visits! »

«Teresa and Don where attentive and simultaneously private hosts.The dwelling was clean and well furnished with modern amenities a nice electric fire place and cozy furniture, large modern TV. The setting was rural, peaceful and a very short distance to Nashville's downtown.We spent 3 quiet nights there and left feeling refreshed.Our intention is to return there later in 2025.»

«Perfect location for bars, restaurants, access to highway. Smaller than anticipated. Garage very small, so unable to use and had to pay for parking, but that was very close. Host very responsive. Somewhat heavy handed with odor controlling sprays. Some very nice updates to small house.»

«This sweet, old home served us for one quick overnight stay in Indianapolis. It was comfortable, cozy, and within walking distance to food, cocktails / music (the Jazz Kitchen!), and a nice grocery store (the Fresh Market). Easy to park in front or back of the house. The kitchen was well stocked, although we did not use it. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The host was proactive and provided clear communication throughout the entire process. A nice rental experience.»

«From booking to check in and check out communication was great. House was everything and more than what was shown. Board games and other games downstairs. TVs in rooms and living room. Quiet neighborhood. Great little stay and will stay again if in the area!»

«This property is fantastic! We needed a place to stay near the Indiana Convention Center and this place did not disappoint. It is walkable to downtown or over to Fountain Square. Being close to this two locations gives you access to some great food options! The unit was very clean, well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, the shower came with amenities and there were even 2 brand new toothbrushes in case we needed them. We hope to stay here again on our next business trip to Indy. Can't say ...

«Extremely pleased with our stay! Great communication, very quick to respsond! The house was super clean and nicely decorated. Our bed was very comfy and the pillows were soft (which is hard to come by!) Parking was a little tight (we had a longer truck). Would definitely recommend! »

«We came down for a birthday girls trip and this space was perfect. The home itself was very cute and spacious enough for the 4 of us. The proximity to literally everything was awesome. Definitely looking at coming back in warmer months!»

«Great space near downtown. Very cozy and clean. Truly the only complaint was that the heat/house was only at 34 degrees when we arrived (it was only 40 degrees outside) and we were absolutely freezing most of the night even after turning up the heat when we arrived. We had some of the best Mexican food ever from a nearby restaurant, Loco something...just up the road. Very quiet neighborhood and great fenced in backyard for privacy. »
