«There are a few issues with the listing and the property. Very happy overall with our stay. However, second bathroom door does not latch. No heat register in the second bathroom which makes it very cold. Master bedroom door does not latch. Grounds were not kept up very well. Extensions cords laying across the back sidewalk. Yard is NOT fenced in like the description indicates. We loved the location and the overall layout of the house, just needs some attention. »

«We could not have found a more perfect location and home for our family Christmas trip! This home is wonderful and Tammie was so easy to work with and so responsive to any questions we had. And a very convienent location for our family to meet. Very quiet and so many amenities. We hope to beable to come here again in the future. We had lots of room and the kitchen allowed us to make our usual very large Christmas Eve dinner. I highly recommend this home !!!!!!!!»

«It was great. We were able to relax and spend time together as a family. We used all the amenities and everything was as described. The house and property were clean. The neighborhood was quiet and had lots of Christmas lights. We had plenty of room for all of us. The light in the refrigerator needs replaced and one in the downstairs bathroom started flickering today just before we left, other than that everything was perfect. Happy New Year!»

«If you love historic districts in cities, this apartment is for you. It is well-appointed and conveniently located to many Louisville attractions. It is especially great if you want to be near the University of Louisville or the downtown distilleries. For us it was a great location to visit relatives off Bardstown Road and in Southern Indiana. »

«We came for five nights and it was wonderful. Communication with the host was super quick if I needed it. The neighborhood is so cute and quiet. Walk to restaurants, and cheap Lyft rides everywhere else. We were so comfortable, and I loved all the little touches like nice bedding, great pillows, and little amenities that are so appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.»

«We had a great stay! Beautiful home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Great communication with host. Comfortable accommodations for 10 adults. Easy access to Freedom Hall where our event was hosted.»

«This place was perfect for our little family. Me, my husband, and almost 1 year old stayed for a few nights while we were in town to race bikes. Dustin even provided us with a pack and play and high chair so we didn’t need to travel with our own. As others have said, the house lay is a little odd because you have to walk through a bedroom to get to the other bedroom and bathroom and kitchen, but it was fine for us. »
