«We enjoyed out stay here, the pools, areas of the hotel and our room were great. The food was okay. The restaurant foods were not great but the main buffet was good. We enjoyed daily morning omlette stations. Our only complain is that we expected the beach access area to be bigger. It was a private beach so it was closed & you weren’t able to walk around the beach. »

«Beautiful resort. Very relaxing and inviting. Would recommend it. BUT I was disappointed with the service on the platinum beach area. Servers stood at the bar almost all day and talked. They rarely brought drinks. I got three drinks myself for my wife and I while they watched as I walked up and brought them back myself over the period of an hour and a half. «Rent og pent hotell med de hyggeligste ansatte. Ekstremt god service hele veien. Blir kjørt med golfbil frem og tilbake fra hovedbygg og til rommet. God space overalt og maten var veldig god. Nydelige uteområder med flere basseng. Stranden var grei men ikke supert å bade der. En av de beste hotellopplevelsene jeg har hatt. »

«Vi hadde et svært bra opphold på 6 netter. Maten på hotellet er svært variert og utvalget er bra. Jevnt over meget god kvalitet. Nylaget omelett og tacos til frokost og lunsj er topp. Rommet var stort og bra. Vi hadde rom med utgang til basseng og dette kan anbefales. Hotellet har shuttle buss som går til Playa del Carmen flere ganger pr dag. Koster $5 pr person pr vei.»

«Når vi ankom rommet, så var det veldig stram muggen lukt på våre rom. Våre venner fikk annet mer tilfredsstillende rom, men vi ble flyttet til et muligens ennå verre illeluktende rom. Personalet gjorde sitt ytterste, men greidde ikke å gi oss tilfredsstillende rom. Denne muggenlukta ligger i klærne ennå tross vask. Veldig fuktig på rommet. Jeg la inn en skinnveske i skapet når jeg kom, og tok den ut når jeg skulle dra. Da var den grønn av mugg. Dette fikk jeg skyllt og vasket av.»

«Entire property was extremely well maintained, all staff were nice and helpful. Being able to visit other hotels within the Barcelo family is nice and offered the kids the ability to try different pools. Would highly recommend this property for any families. «Todo está muy bien excelente y divertido lo único que a mí no me parece bien es que todo está en inglés principalmente y después el español se siente mal como mexicano en México estar escuchando tanto inglés como idioma principal entiendo que. The staff was amazing, with Raul leaving a special impression on our hearts—he really went above and beyond. The facilities, including the gym and meditation spaces, were excellent.
