«It was ok. It’s old and a bit tired. The beds were comfortable, the a/c works and there is very friendly and helpful staff. But there were constructions working right next door and it’s not sound proof at all, so we never got to fully relax either on the room, the balcony or by the pool. The shower were also a bit hard to regulate. The location is good, both central and yet private! Lots of good breakfast and lunch options nearby, also a very good supermarked within walking distance!»

«My only issue was that there was no signage and I arrived on New Year's Eve and there was no attendant. There, as in most of Mexico, was no number on the outside of the building so there was no way to confirm I was at the correct place. There was also a sign on the door directing you to enter on another street which also had no signage. Eventually i knocked loudly and the staff person came to the rescue. Other days staff was at the reception door as you would expect. All else was as advertised ...

«Suites Tulum is beach front located on the quiet side of the hotel area, but in walking distance to the frenetic night life the best Tulum has to offer (Bonboniere, Vagalume etc…you name it!). Our room is spacious and spotless, Tulum-ly decorated, bed and pillows are very comfortable, we have a balcony facing the swimming pool. We love the greenery in the entire hotel, it adds a secluded and serene feel to it, this is very important for us to rest after a night out. The roof has a pool, ...

«very clean. beautiful views. quiet as it’s set further away down tulum party beach zone. free beach access through ether but minimum $30 usd min spend to use beds/pool etc. didn’t use these and chose to seek out more lively beach clubs.»

«Superbe hôtel, propre et au goût du jour (comme sur les photos). Le personnel super sympathique et il offre des déjeunés (non inclus) le matin. Par contre loin de tout, nous avons l'option de louer un vélo mais les routes sont en mauvais état dans ce secteur donc c'était plus ou moins pratique. Mais sinon pour le prix ça en vaut la peine! »
