"Fin hotel. Hyggelig folk og stedet"

"Not as expected. Bad cleaning, stains and dust almost everywhere. Even spider web inside. The oven/stove was dirty, stains on the pillows and curtains. We complained, they didn’t want to see the room, and only sent housekeeping to our room. They said they would clean for 2 hours the first day and then do the rest the next day because housekeeping didn’t have more time. They never came back the next day. Neither the manager nor anyone from the reception followed up on it after they sent house keeping up the first day. They didn’t check in with us if we were satisfied and never followed up on finishing the cleaning. Not a very pleasant reception either, as they did not aknowledge us after we checked in and not very service minded. Had more pictures but could only upload 8 at a time. Felt like they didn’t care and seemed like this was normal procedure for them to just send housekeeping and not finishing up. It was not fun to complain about this so it’s sad that it was not taken seriously. Keep in mind that it’s a 4 star hotel… "

"Not very friendly staff. This is about pricliple: I paid 4 AUD for using the washing machine. The machine failed, so I notified the reception and were told I would be refunded on check-out. So I went back and used another machine. Worked perfectly. But on check out, no refund and I even had to pay for the extra washing powder. Not very customer friendly at all. Otherwise, nice roof-bar and pool. "
