«This is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy Berkeley and the Bay area. The location is great - short walking distance to Elmwood, close to UC Berkeley. Also close to the Bart station, directly to San Francisco. Walking distance to the Rockridge area in Oakland. Clean and very nice house. Has everything you need.»

«My stay at Georgina's cottage was incredibly comfortable, beautiful and peaceful! The experience was possibly the best I've had while renting a temporary vacation home. It's a small space but very cozy and has all the essentials. Georgina is also the kindest host, easy to communicate with, and made me feel very well cared for during my stay. «The studio cottage was perfect for my month visiting UC Berkeley. It was exactly as described, everything was functional and fresh. It was also a great find and luxury to have our own laundry. It is in a quiet area, yet about a 5 minutes walk from Trader Joes and restaurants. Easy to get around by walking, city bike, and bus. Good walking distance to the university also. Swami and Lata were very kind and accommodating; whenever I had a question they were very quick to respond and generous with ...

«This litlle cottage was the perfect spot for my bestie & I to have a girls weekend. Private, quiet and beautiful views. We enjoyed watching the boats go by, watching the birds, sitting by the campfire and exploring the area.»

«Very comfortable 3 night stay. Great location! Did some fishing off the boat dock. Has everything you need. Stairs were a little difficult & steep (and you are forewarned), but once you get everything upstairs, it was very pleasant. Neighbors are very close by, but that is Delta living. Highly recommend. Will stay there again!»

«We chose this property as we were renovating our home and it was close to everything.including shopping. The property has everything we needed. It was very clean and fully equipped. There were little touches like note pad and pen in he kitchen and extras in the bathroom. We would stay here again.»
