"I utgangspunktet et fint hotell rett ved sjøen med basseng, restauranter m.m. Store rom og bra frokost. Men det er slitt, og trenger oppussing og modernisering både inne og ute. Vi fikk først et rom hvor det i gangen luktet mugg og det var enda verre på rommet. Møblene var gamle og slitt. Vi ba om nytt rom og fikk et bedre rom som var malt i mer moderne farver, men møblene var gamle. "

"We booked two hotel rooms, but one of the rooms was missing when we arrived. We had to prove that we had two bookings, and after an hour of back and forth, we finally got the room. Since it was late and we were hungry, we just left our belongings in one room and went out to eat. When we returned to the second room, there was a terrible smell, either mold or a bad urine odor. We asked them to clean or do something about it. They cleaned, but the smell did not go away. The next morning, we received a standard room close to the other one. We asked for some form of compensation, as we had gone from a family room to a standard double, but unfortunately, they blamed us for wanting to switch rooms. I didn’t want to argue over something so trivial, but I do feel the hotel could have been more accommodating. The rooms we finally got were fine but not soundproof. At night, there was noise from the hallways and nightlife. In the morning, there was construction noise. Even though I don’t like to complain, I think experiences like this are unnecessary, as we only use the hotel as a place to sleep and spend most of our time out doing activities. On a positive note, I want to commend the cleaning staff. They did a great job, cleaning the rooms twice a day. The breakfast was standard, but it was nice to start the morning with freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, and good food. For an overall rating, on a scale from 1-10, I would give this hotel a 5."

"Supert 10-dagers opphold i Sliema. Flott rom med delvis sjøutsikt, god seng og godt renhold. God frokost med stort utvalg og mulighet for å bestille omelett ved bordet, samt kaffe etter ønske."

"Kjempefint hotell med bra beliggenhet. Utrolig god service og hyggelige ansatte. Flott bassengområde og veldig bra fasiliteter. Restauranten hadde kjempebra mat. SPA var også helt topp. Kort vei til alt med Bolt. Anbefales! "

"OK hotell. Lite variasjon i frokostbufféen. Badet ikke i bassenget da dette fremstod som skittent. Rommene var dog rene, og hotellpersonalet var veldig hyggelige. Mye støy fra gang som hørtes godt inn på rommet. "

"Great hotel with a great location and awesome facilities. Had great help from the Consigliere finding a suitable trip to Gozo and the Blue Lagoon. As expected the pool area and service was first class. Maybe they could be a little more on the offering side during dinner service as it was hot, and refill of drinks were needed a litle more often. All in all a great stay as usual with the Hilton Hotels and Resorts"
