"As a family of four with two young children, finding the right hotel can be challenging, but this was undoubtedly one of the best choices we’ve ever made. While the hotel isn’t brand new, its charm more than makes up for it. The facilities are excellent and thoughtfully maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well cared for. From the moment we arrived, their warm and attentive service made a lasting impression. The location is ideal for families, with plenty of nearby attractions and activities suitable for all ages. Whether we were exploring the local area or simply relaxing at the hotel, it felt perfectly tailored to family needs. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for great service, excellent facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. We look forward to coming back!"

"The hotel is very central and close to the main street of old Valletta (with plenty of restaurants, shops and things to see) The service was actually extraordinary - all the people working there was genuine, smiling and serviceminded. They really make you feal welcome - from tve receptionist to the people who serve you breakfast. Our room and the hotel in general was very clean! Enjoyed the breakfastmenu! All in all we had a great stay! Would definately recommend the hotel! Kudos for a great pool and terrasse area on the roof (even though I would have enjoyed that the poolwater was a bit warmer) "

"We booked two hotel rooms, but one of the rooms was missing when we arrived. We had to prove that we had two bookings, and after an hour of back and forth, we finally got the room. Since it was late and we were hungry, we just left our belongings in one room and went out to eat. When we returned to the second room, there was a terrible smell, either mold or a bad urine odor. We asked them to clean or do something about it. They cleaned, but the smell did not go away. The next morning, we received a standard room close to the other one. We asked for some form of compensation, as we had gone from a family room to a standard double, but unfortunately, they blamed us for wanting to switch rooms. I didn’t want to argue over something so trivial, but I do feel the hotel could have been more accommodating. The rooms we finally got were fine but not soundproof. At night, there was noise from the hallways and nightlife. In the morning, there was construction noise. Even though I don’t like to complain, I think experiences like this are unnecessary, as we only use the hotel as a place to sleep and spend most of our time out doing activities. On a positive note, I want to commend the cleaning staff. They did a great job, cleaning the rooms twice a day. The breakfast was standard, but it was nice to start the morning with freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, and good food. For an overall rating, on a scale from 1-10, I would give this hotel a 5."
