"The stay itself was comfortable, the service was mostly okay - you had some experienced people, but it seemed like a lot of new staff. However on a star scale I would give it a 3.5-4 star. One of the guys at the front desk tried to charge us trippel the amount to extend our stay one night although it was cheaper online and said that we could risk not getting the same room by booking it through hotels - that left a bad taste in my mouth, and you got conscious of getting scammed. Almost considered changing hotel, as you expect professionalism in a 5 star one."

"We were on family vacation, we got room 004, this room was to small for a family of 4. The room had uncomfortable beds, it was not clean, the water in the shower switched from hot to cold. Overall not happy at all with this hotel. "

"Fint hotell med nydelig beliggenhet IG hyggelig personale. Komfortabel seng og store fine rom. Eneste drawback er at det ikke er aircondition og belysningen på rommet er dårlig. Bring eget leselys hvis du planlegger å lese på rommet!"
