«We spent 2 weeks in this lovely cottage . The hosts were wonderful - very helpful, friendly and quick to respond . The cottage was very comfortable and even had its own fenced in garden. It was very quiet and peaceful as well. WiFi was fast and reliable. The town of Northleach is small and very cute , and the location is quite close to many other places in the Cotswolds but without all the tourists! There is a very small grocery store in town and other bigger grocery stores within 10 minutes ...

«I recently stayed at this charming house for a weekend, and it was an absolutely lovely experience for our family of four. The house is wonderfully situated, making it easy to explore the local area. Once you park your car, you can walk across the street to a cozy pub. There’s a coffee shop just two minutes down the road, an ice cream stand, a trout café, and other amenities nearby. A restaurant at the hotel and a kids' park are also within walking distance. «Felt like home immediately. Very cosy. The books everywhere, Shakespeare's buste...funny typical English weird dog lamp. Bathroom to die for. Bedrooms gorgeous. Did not see the ferret. And Fairford itself is a gem. Having read many books about the English Tudor times this was perfect as a place to stay and visit Highclere castle, Jeremy's farm and other lovely things and places in the beautiful surrounding countryside.»

«auf der Rückreise nach D haben wir einen kurzen Stop bei Dorotheas fewo eingelegt. Das Haus ist funktional eingerichtet und typisch aufgebaut für den Charakter kleinerer Orte im Süden Englands. Die Kommunikation mit Dorothea war unkompliziert, da die Vermieterin direkt im benachbarten Haus wohnt.»

«A lovely long weekend as a family! The extra touches provided on arrival by Mary (a freshly-baked cake as well as eggs, bread and milk) made us feel at home. The enclosed garden was great for both humans and dogs and the large lounge is great for relaxing in too. Overall a super area for a holiday and would thoroughly recommend the cottage.»

«This was such a lovely, cosy cottage. Really well equipped with plenty of space for the two of us. We particularly liked the wood burning stove. The cottage is just a few yards from the pub in a quiet, out of the way spot. Ideal for a couple wanting to get away from it all for a few days»

«Lovely property just a short walk into the centre of Bourton on the water, though beware there is a very steep hill to climb when walking back. Very spacious. Lounge and open plan kitchen could do with a bit of an update. Fabulous views across the country side and so many different species of birds to view from the very large window in the lounge. Owners very kindly left binoculars and a bird book. Extremely quiet setting. Stayed Friday to Monday and it was a really lovely break. »

«Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again.»
