«Beautiful studio in great location. Studio was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette made it convenient to refrigerate and heat up leftovers. On our last day we got "stuck" in an unusal snow weather event which closed most places down. The studio was very cozy so we didnt didn't mind. «We stayed for 1 week in January and got snowed in! First snow since 2018, so the snow was a nice novelty providing a fun atmosphere around town and on the beach. Since most things were shut down for a few days, we were happy to have a comfortable bed and couch to chill out on. The place had everything we needed. «The Crows Nest is a great little spot that has a super close beach access and is just a couple block walk to Center St. We have been coming to Folly for years and the location is awesome! It is a smaller unit but that did not affect the good time we had. Roger was responsive when we had a question and we had a great time!»

«A spectacular place for a getaway!! Completely updated, extremely clean, and very easy check in/out process!! Kitchen has everything you need! Plenty of space in bedrooms and bathrooms! Beds were extremely comfortable!! Barbershop in front was not an issue at all (stayed Sat-Mon). Would only say to get to heart of King St and historic downtown - you do have to drive or uber but less than 10 min. Would highly recommend!!!»
