«This was a perfect little property for what we needed. We stayed here for a wedding and the host was very helpful to have things out that we needed for your one year old. Unfortunately we got charged an additional 50 after the fact with no explanation and I am no longer able to contact the host. »

«Cute and Cozy garage conversion in well-established neighborhood. Nautical design with numerous Charleston and antique accents. Very convenient to downtown Charleston, but away from the fray. I was a little concerned about privacy when I booked (due to prior comments), but it was perfectly secluded. Sure you hear the neighbors, but it's an older neighborhood with plenty of neighbors. «We enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was great to get to the beach and restaurants. The pictures were exactly what we expected. My only issue was the couch was uncomfortable. We don't generally spend much time indoors, but we did have one rainy day.»

«Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. »

It was 15 minutes from downtown Charleston, 10 minutes from some of the plantation tours, very nice location. «This cottage is just like the photos. My husband and I wanted a weekend away, just the two of us and this was just the place. Folly Beach was beautiful and the cottage was quiet and cozy. Murphy bed not the most comfortable, but it was ok for two nights.»

«LOVED our time at the Blue Cottage. Centrally located to the nightlife and restaurants of King St and a short drive from the historic district. We were able to walk to locations for the majority of our stay. Loft bed was very comfortable and a fun twist - keep in mind you'll be climbing up and down to access it. «Spent a weekend anniversary trip here visiting Charleston, and it was the perfect little studio for a short stay. We like to eat most meals in, so we appreciated the nicer dishes and drink glasses that most rentals don't provide. The hot water is very limited, so if you have more than one person, spread out the showers or be very quick! It is very conveniently located to downtown Charleston and overall a great place for two.»

«The property met all expectations. We were super comfortable and the location was convenient. The scenic walk path was an added bonus! We were pleasantly surprised to find the house decorated for Christmas with a present beneath the tree. This was a particularly warm and welcome touch as we were spending Christmas away from home. There was a minor plumbing issue but this was addressed as soon as we reported it. I recommend this property and host without hesitation.»
