«This was a really great find. Comfortable beds, close to beach and easy access back to the airport. Only issue was a lot of animal hair was left behind, but easy fix with the vacuum. If we return for vacation we’ll stay again! »

«From the beginning of finding/ choosing this place the whole process was so smooth. Laura was always accessible when we had questions. The place and location are both awesome. The house was super clean and nicely decorated. We loved Manasota key and the area. Due to recent hurricanes the beach is under construction, but some restaurants were open. We traveled a bit to ride bikes and at the end of each day/ night, this place was great to go “home “ to. We will most definitely stay again!!!»

«Great little hide away from hotel scenery. Close to shops and beaches! Would definitely go back. Nice little pool, picnic area complete with fire pit. Has beach chairs and umbrellas too!»

«Everything was as expected with the property - however, there was no communication about the cleanup and construction going on all around - I know it was out of your control with the hurricane damage, but I would say that we overpayed for the condition of the area.Lisa did a very good job with communication and the checkin process - Thanks »

«This house is so cozy as it states! Very clean and updated decor! Rooms have all been remodeled. The host was very easy to communicate with & responds quickly.Very close to Siesta Key beach. Delicious fish restaurant and Trader Joe’s within walking distance. Will go back again if we are in the area.»

«The property was very roomy and had everything we needed. There there is someone that lives on the property but he does not face the property and does not come around. Just know that if you are a skinny Dipper the pool guy shows up unannounced. We enjoyed the place and would stay there again. It's about a 10-minute drive to Siesta Key Beach in 20 minutes drive to Lido beach. Restaurants are not far but you do need to drive as this is in a residential neighborhood. It was very quiet there.»

«Fabulous house! Pool awesome; rooms plentiful and roomy! Property manger VERY responsive; we had a few problems with appliances and they sent someone within minutes. Only negative was not enough dresser drawer space in rooms and bathrooms need shelves or medicine cabinets»

«We had a group of 9 friends staying here and had a great time. Plenty of room for everyone and having a bathroom per bedroom was a plus. The convenience of the beach was great and the pool was central to a lot of our time together. As others have noted, the construction next door was ongoing but we tuned it out after a bit - they seemed to work 7a-3p daily. There were more/better accommodations than expected based on the description - they supplied all the towels (including beach towels), ...

«The house was spacious, the living room so inviting and comfortable, great to have three bathrooms and four bedrooms, and close to shopping and downtown. We would stay there again! »

«The place was clean in the main areas. We found a couple of bugs but once we collected them no others were found throughout our stay. The place is definitely smaller than it appears in the pictures. I was asked if I need anything that I could reach out so I requested for a full body mirror (they only have vanity mirror in the bathrooms) but I never heard back from the property manager. Other than those things the place is well kept.»

«The Kon Tiki Inn was a true hidden gem! Small and unique, it is very comfortable and the manager, Debbie, was so thoughtful and helpful. My room was large and well appointed. The kitchenette was greatly appreciated. The closet are was ample and the bathroom was updated. The king size bed was so comfortable! Pool area was awesome and there was plenty of areas to walk my dog. »
