«The location and cleanliness was top notch. I would recomend to stay there.The description needs to be updated. It says the place has a murphy Bed. It doesn't. It has a blow up.matress.for the 3rd bed. That was a problem since i need 3 actual beds. I had 1 couple and two friends that didnt share a bed. The description made that not be a problem but it was a problem.. Other then the bed situation in the description it was very good. The description of any place is super important. That needs to ...

«We loved this property/location. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to Helene. The owner was very concerned about this and offered to refund us the day we missed. I would definitely stay here again. »

«Everything was described accurately. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Dave communicated everything we needed to know. The only thing you could possibly dislike would be the road noise because the bedroom window faces toward Beach Road but Spring Break brings out activity into and out of the village until the bars close. »

«We had a great time in Nokomis at the Colonia Bay Cottage. The house was as described..the perfect get away retreat. Home was very clean with all the needed amenities . The view of the lagoon while sitting by the pool was perfect and only a short drive to the beaches! »

«Overall it fit our needs. Having Walgreens in a sixty second walking distance was a lifesaver. Especially when we ran out of toilet paper on day three of our stay. The really helpful information binder in the unit instructed us to contact the property manager if we ran out of TP but when we did, they said they supply 2-3 rolls and that would be enough for our five night stay. «Loved my 10 day stay at this cozy, well appointed cottage. Wonderful location just a block off Dearborn Street. Farmers Market in the park alongside the accommodations every Thursday, many other events nearby to enjoy. Highly recommend!»

«Amazing 3 day get away. The best place to stay in Venice! »

«Be careful when booking on expedia. I included my wife and I, and our two 4yos, and it still let me a book a studio with only a queen bed which said it only sleeps two, but i obviously overlooked it because i assumed it wouldnt let me book a room that only sleep two when we have four of us.»
