«Nice house close to the beach mainly clean, just needs some mould removed from ensuite shower recess, the shower in the main bathroom was leaking spraying the room, we had trouble drying our clothes in rain, no dryer and the grass needed mowing. Hopefully these issues will be fixed and it will be a nice place to stay.»

«We had an amazing stay in the Boathouse. We arrived to warm and lighted rooms, as well as champagne and delicious fresh bread. So welcoming. The location was the perfect base from which to explore the south of Tasmania and we had everything we needed in our self-contained accommodation. Even though the weather was cool, we were so cozy with central heating and a fireplace. The jacuzzi was an added bonus, as was the inquisitive wildlife. We would definitely stay here again!»

«The unit was a good size and in a great location. It was clean It had great appliances in the kitchen but no operating instructions and we found that difficult. And there were no frypans apart from an electric frypan. There was no bbq either which seems to be a standard these days and which we would have used given the lack of pans in the kitchen. «Overall the house was suitable for our needs. The driveway is very steep and not easy to navigate. The house itself could have have some easy made changes, including little things like teaspoons (there was none), more pillows on the bed (One is not always enough), better blinds in bathrooms and toilets (we had to fix them to ensure that we could have privacy when on toilet and in shower). «Villa Talia really is a slice of heaven! We enjoyed the perfect couple days in this wonderful setting which just wasn’t long enough. With a level of comfort that leaves you wanting for nothing, there really is nothing much more to do than enjoy the sublime surroundings.»
