«Port Huon Cottages are just lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very nice and accommodating. The only thing that was a downside was the road noise at night. Nothing can be done about that but took a night to get used to. Definitely would stay there again if I’m in the area again. »

«The house is a cute cottage however pretty rough around the edges, in the process of being tidied up but still a way to go. The interior living area was very spacious as was the kitchen The beds were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were fine. «Our stay at the Corinda Collection was absolutely incredible, me and my partner adored having a whole historical cottage to ourselves. The gardens around the cottage are incredibly well maintained and gorgeous, and the property featured plenty of modern appliances despite its age. «My husband and I and our Frenchie Cruz, enjoyed our stay. The cottage was comfortable and welcoming and had what need to feel at home. The enclosed garden is lovely and offers a pleasant spot to eny a cup of tea or cold drink. Finding a pet friendly place to stay near Hobart is an absolute bonus!»

«A tranquil and gorgeous property, tree lined with lots of bird life. It is petite in size, particularly the kitchen with a bar fridge and 2 burner hot plate. Bring easy meals and enjoy with the home made bread from Gerry who even delivered a cake in the rain. It was a lovely place to relax for a couple nights, with exquisite linen on the beds. Highly recommend the tour at nearby Wooden Boat Building Centre. It was a highlight.»

«Really enjoyed staying at the Heritage Garden Cottage. The location is brilliant for access to Salamanca Place and all of the excellent eateries close by. It's a heritage area surrounded by gorgeous early Australian architecture and steeped in history. The cottage itself is well appointed and very clean and comfortable plus the garden is divine and has water views. »

«The cottage is lovely and the owner was very personable. Our only disappointment was the breakfast provisions. We thought if we had been tourists staying in the Huon we would have expected some lovely local produce. Instead it was just Coles brand items. The facilities are very nice though and it was perfect for what we needed.»
