«Cute apartment, great vbiew of water from room. It is seperate from main Inn, you have to cross the street to check in, and get coffee or participate in activites and pool, etc. But very nice, clean comfortable room. They did provide coffee maker (not K Cup, full pot), but should have had something like a (sugar, powdered creamer, ) pack»

The only issue we had was that the hot water in our unit had limited capacity and after filling the bathtub, when we attempted to top it up, the faucet was only producing lukewarm water. «This was a great place to stay in Newport. Convenient to lots of great restaurants and points of interest, we walked most everywhere we went. The pool access was great for our small kids who are ocean waders but not yet ocean swimmers. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed the roof access for sunrise and sunset.»

«Upon arrival, the check-in staff was fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Having stayed at this location prior, I was familiar with the layout and can say that everything is perfect for a short weekend visit. Parking is right on site with come and go privileges. The location is great with a lot of local Newport attractions, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. The unit was clean, complete, and had everything we needed. «It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. »

«Our stay in Newport was very comfortable in the three bedroom, two bath space. The kitchen and living room were just as pictured and in great shape. Parking across the street was a great bonus. The third bedroom (downstairs) was very spacious, but a bit drafty since it opened to an unheated storage area and outside. The second bath shower was tiny for my 6'3" frame. Great restaurants, and coffee shops close by. Chris is a wonderful host.»
