The roof top was a must for morning coffee and afternoon libations! What a view!! The location was excellent as we did a lot of walking to see the sites. It is an inexpensive Uber/Lyft ride to anywhere you need to go as well. So much to see and do in Newport. We cannot wait to come back.»

«It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. »
