The location was easily within walking distance of the Sugar Mountain ski lodge, which was a blessing both when we went to ski and to walk back too, dead dog tired. «We had a great experience with the owners and thier property. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend trip with three couples. The owners told us what was and wasn't included at the property ahead of time, which allowed us to pack properly. XL Uber rides to downtown took around 10 mins and ran between 8-15 while we were there. We'd highly recommend the home to others planning a long weekend away to Asheville. »

«Great location to slopes. However, no trash receptacles to put trash in outside. There were bags of trash left from the previous guests in the bathroom and bedroom with nasty stinky diapers, which we had to take their trash and ours, drive to the nearest community dumpster and unload it, and of course the gate is locked on Sundays.»
