«Location pretty convenient for a last minute New Year’s Eve. Very basic motel but was clean, which was most important. There was a dog left alone in room next door that barked a lot until owner returned. Luckily not too late because was annoying.»

«It was my 62nd birthday and I wanted a quick trip to Eureka Springs. We've stayed here before and enjoyed it especially the restaurant. Looks like they're renovating some of the rooms and balconies and I'm sure by summer it'll be beautiful.»

«Would definitely recommend the hotel for the price and what was offered and close to downtown. The staff was friendly the breakfast was very nice. Sure there was a need for updating within the hotel room, but given the price and how people can be hard on a room it was great. We would return. Loved the outside of the property for Christmas. »

«Great service- nice folks. Older property. Smaller beds. Jacuzzi suite has no shower- just jacuzzi with shower head hose in bathroom. There is a decent fridge and microwave. In the summer a pool. Super clean, just older furniture. »

«Quiet and clean»

«Property is much quieter than others in the area despite being very near a trolley stop and other B&B’s. It has the cleanest and nicest rooms of the several other places I have stayed in Eureka. The breakfast is excellent with large portions and a balance of sweet and savory. And the owners are very friendly and efficient. Saw several returning customers at breakfast. Great trip and will certainly be back!»

«Sherwood Cottage is the prime location for any activities near Eureka Springs. The distance to hike locations, Eureka Springs downtown, and really amazing restaurants was great. The cottage was adorable, clean, well kept and stocked with all the amenities we needed for our trip. Patrick the owner gave us a tour of the property prior to letting us stay and was friendly and informative. This place was amazing and if we decided to visit Eureka Springs again. We'll be staying at Sherwood Cottage ...

«I loved the quaint single cabins. There was plenty of hot water, clean beds and very comfortable. I was traveling alone and was a bit concerned with the dimly lit parking. There were electrical cords exposed, dimly lit room, bathroom and small shower. No full length mirror and I was dressing for a wedding. It was very convenient to the wedding venue.
