«Great potential in this property. Location right on beach. Great view from balcony. Room and bed was comfortable. Needs some deep cleaning but would stay again. »

«Beautiful property, spotlessly kept. The cabin was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The stoves work well and gave us a great cooking alternative on one rainy evening of our stay. Very close to Roaring river and only about a 45 minute drive into Eureka Springs. »

«Had a great time staying at the Barndo! Dogs enjoyed playing and running around! Loved walking over to the river and enjoying the peace and quiet. »

«Friendly people and not too far from Roaring River. Clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, a little walk from the tents but not bad. Our daughter loved the setup. Tents are thin so you can everything the other tents are doing. Recommend getting some sleeping ear plugs if you wanna sleep in. They had a little shop there which was pretty cool. Overall it was a great experience with them!»

«We had a lovely time staying here! Everything was ready to go for us and all we had to do was get our suits on and head to the river. I gave 5 stars for everything except condition because the inside zipper of the tent was broken, but the outside one still worked fine. I can’t wait to come back. »
