«This studio apartment was more than perfect in every way for our weekend stay in downtown Lewes. We couldn’t be happier with the location. We were a quick walk away from shops, restaurants and the bay. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The apartment was so comfortable from the bed to the couch to the spacious shower. «My wife and I had a great time at the cozy beach hideaway. We were there for a week and the location was close to everything we wanted to be near. Communication with Leo was excellent. One morning we woke up to no water in the apartment and Leo had already messaged to let us know there was a water main break in Lewes, and he continued to message during the day with updates on the progress. «This is the 2nd time we have atayed at this location. It is clean, easy to find and owner is reachable at any time. Two small bedroom chairs with backs would make it more comfortable.»

«Spacious and lovely 1 Bedrm and 1 Bath on upper level.Lovely Full Kitchen and Stylish Furnishings. Really enjoyed the Books and Snacks. Two sets of stairs are featured in the listing. However, The ceiling heights were not shown and a bit low on the stairs so you have to DUCK to keep from hitting your head and steps were dark and difficult to see, especially when carrying luggage. Comfortable heating and easy check in and out.Would highly recommend, however disclosure of the low ceilings for ...

«Owner very responsive and friendly. Bethany is a freat place to stay in late September. Weather was very nice. Our accommodations were great. Didn’t know there was an upstairs above us. Guests above us woke us both mornings at 6 am stomping around for 1/2 hour each day. Other than that is was a wonderful getaway for us.»

«Perfect location for the beach and bar hopping. 4 adult women stayed here for a week and while it was on the smaller side, we had no issues. Note that there were zero supplies left over like you normally find (foil, sponges, dish detergent) We didn't expect it but it was unusual. There were extra community beach chairs. Cleaners could be a little better(dust on ceiling fans/behind beds) but overall was clean. I would stay again..we had a great week!»

«This property is very comfortable. My only suggestion is that in the Annabel Lee room is to install blinds. During the summer it starts to get light out at 5am. The sheer blinds to not provide any blockage or shade from the light. I was not able sleep beyond 5am during my stay. I never got a full nights sleep.»
