«We had 11 people for a family getaway and this property exceeded all expectations! In a quiet cul de sac, the house backs into a large creek and walking trail. Lots to explore, with a pool table, arcade games, a rooftop deck, and the amazing pool / hot tub room complete with slide and waterfall! Rooms had comfy beds, bathrooms were clean and updated. «This was our second trip here because of the fantastic walk-to-everywhere location. Plenty of room for 3 friends, and we will be back soon! Just a note for improvement: The mattresses need an upgrade and there is general deferred maintenance. But overall, this is a super value for the price. Thanks Gaysha!»

«The house was clean with plenty of space and extras to make the week comfortable. Sea Colony was an excellent location with lots of great pools, easy access to the beach with the trams, great sport activities for our teen and college age kids. It was a quiet and scenic neighborhood with trees, landscaping, lakes and walking trails. Very close to the boardwalk, restaurants, mini golf and shops. We really enjoyed our vacation!»

«Great place to stay! The communication with the property manager was very good. The house was big enough for my husband and I, four of our adult children and some grandchildren. The bedrooms are spacious and we had enough beds and pillows for all. Our stay was in November, and we still enjoyed walking the beach, which was about a block away from the house, and watching the sunrise. «This house was great and perfect for my sister's bachelorette party. The single floor plan and the big open living room was perfect to have a group of girls gather. Maria was a great host and helped us get back items that were forgotten at the house. She was understanding and communicated quickly with us to get it resolved. «Our family stayed in the house for a short New Years trip. The location is perfect—short walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The house itself is gorgeous—beautifully done and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. The owners were friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again. »

«Best stay at the beach ever! Kim provides everything as described and then some. Welcome basket of snacks, water, and a useful items you might not have thought to bring. Complimentary wine and cocktail mixes. The presentation of amenities is so welcoming. The house is perfectly situated for lagoon, beach, biking, and family fun. «My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our recent getaway to Preservation Forge Suite "A". Aside from being beautifully and tastefully decorated, it is only steps away from many of Lewes' fine restaurants and shops. Inside, the suite offers a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 50" television, and one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Staying here was a real treat, and I can see us coming back. I'll surely be adding this location to my short list of "go-to" places in the Lewes ...
