"The hotel location is a big plus, near the shopping center, north bus terminal, port 1-4 and other establishments. Super convenient if you are planning to visit the mall and enjoy. They have shortcut way going to SM City Mall. The hotel staff from the reception, concierge, security, housekeeping to waiting staff are all friendly and professionally rendered their services with a smile. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. Best breakfast during my vacation. The pool area was my child fave., it is relaxing, safe and spacious. Worth the money to stay here. I'll for sure stay here next time. "

" Et nydelig sted hvor man får en fantastisk service uten at personaøet er påtrengende. Hele området er ekstremt opparbeidet og ingenting er opp til tilfeldighetene. Bassenget, strandområdet, restaurantene og aktivitetsmulighetene var helt utmerket. Det eneste som kan trekke noe ned, var at frokosten var ganske støyende innendørs. Skulle gjerne sett at det var mulig å spise frokost andre steder dersom man var på.utk8kk etter fred og ro."

"Great hotel with a great location. Nice and clean rooms and very nice staff 😊 the breakfast was very good, maybe the best breakfast in 3,5 week. Better than many 5 starts hotel I’ve stayed at here in Philippines. Unfortunately my checking was delayed 45 minutes due to a full hotel the night before. I booked a room with a washing machine after traveling for 3,5 weeks so I could clean my clothes before continuing my travel. When I started to do the laundry the tumble dryer didn’t work. So this combined with a late check in gave me a very late evening… wasn’t done with my laundry before 10 pm…. They have a laundry room by the reception, if you are booking a room with because of the laundry machine, I would rather have used the machines down by the reception 😊"

"the hotel had the impression that it is worn and old. poor option for breakfast for Europeans. in addition, the outdoor area was dirty, even though people were at work, no one washed or swept away the dirt and old leaves. the pool was also dirty and appears that it has not been washed for a long time. Here, leaves and debris were not removed, even though there were people at work. Also the staff at work, specialy the breakfast did not give any good service. For example, why do you need to ask for dried bacon instead of serving it finished? We asked for apple juice for our child, they needed to make it. Fair enough but they asked us to pay for the service. A good four or five star place would have done it as a service. Check in the reception took very long time. We had to wait for 30mins and thats too long… all in all the total experience og this hotel is that they cannot deliver a four or five star service.."
