«Generelt lite hoteller på Camotes. Vi valgte dette, da dette hadde høyest rating og billigst i pris. Upraktiske rom der det ikke var nattbordslamper og heller ikke gode tynne dyner. Mulig termitter på soverommet, da det samlet seg støv ved siden av senga. Renholdere hadde dørene åpne i mange timer etter at folk hadde sjekket ut og gjorde det mulig for dyr å krype inn på rommene. Dårlig trykk i toalett som gjorde det tett.»

«I stayed in the hotel three nights and one extra night because of a passing typhoon. I have travelled the world and experienced a lot. This place is really something extra because of the owner and all the staff members. It is pure joy and the not so little extra they give you in order to have a laid back stay is something special.And it is genuine. So much positive energy. Ok - the place needs some new paint here and there but it is nothing compared what you get from all of the staff. »

«This is an old hotel, but glad I stayed. Had a front room, stunning view from the 5th floor out into the ocean. The view is even while sitting on the bed. Note: when you come out of the hotel, go right, past the pier, to where the six giant markets are, find the seafood, we bought lobster, crab, shrimp, then walk back the opposite direction, past the hotel, keep walking till you see all the little shops cooking food, they will cook your seafood for a very small price. «Avoid room 200a it's small, needs paint, walls in bath need bleached. AC, weak. Doesn't circulate well, a ceiling fan would alleviate. Needs electrical box cover next to bed, . And put outlet, a nightstand would be welcomed. Peek in room across as w was being cleaned. It seemed much nicer. Even with those fixed, unable to fix run size, and window in room just opens to hallway. workers friendly and helpful. »

Only it took long time to cool of the room with aircon since they didn't turn it on despite i booked this room a week in advance. «So this iconic spot rocks!! (Excuse the pun) the view and the beach cannot be beat, and the staff is outstanding in every respect. The restaurant is very good, which is a good thing, because there really isn’t a lot of other dinning options nearby. Still, limited dinning takes a back seat to the wonderful setting and relaxing vibe. «Nice, quiet, natural option just a 30 second walk to the beach. Very good wifi and friendly, helpful staff. The only negative were the roosters in the neighboring property which woke me up at 4am. »

«Staff were uniformly bright considerate helpful and courteous. General Manager Marcel from the Netherlands gave us much helpful advice about how to enjoy the area. He managed the staff in a quiet respectful manner which I am sure contributed to the latter’s kindness to the guests.
