«We have just returned from a wonderful weekend stay at Delux Modern House. The house is very well equipped, very clean and in a perfect location. So near the beach with its SOBO bar so close to enjoy. John our host went above and beyond to help make our stay very enjoyable. I have no doubts about recommending this lovely property to anyone wishing to have a chilled holiday by the beach.»

One of the highlights was being so close to the beautiful beaches—it made morning runs and seaside walks so easy and enjoyable. «We stayed over the New Year and would recommend, as Swanage stayed open and there was lots to see and do. The accommodation was perfect, being in the heart of town but still peaceful and close to beach. We found on street parking easy.»

«Really lovely property warm cosy and comfortable. Beds very good quality. Plenty of secure parking, lovely garden. We would highly recommend. Ideally need a car to visit local areas but only short journeys. Would have liked a local pub for evening out or a meal unfortunately the closest was about 1 mile but it’s closed down, this issue didn’t matter as we had a fabulous time and saw friends that we haven’t seen since before COVID so it was very special. «Unfortunately the house was not clean. Shoes needed to be worn as the floors were not clean enough to wear just socks. There wasn’t enough cutlery for all of us to eat. The bedrooms were well equipped but the bed was uncomfortable and pillows were so thin they were pointless. However the fact that we all had a tv and an en-suite was brilliant. «Clean and comfortable bungalow that could be really great if the outside spaces were not so neglected and overgrown. A few minor repairs also required indoors - sitting room door does not close and exterior doors very draughty. There is no heating in the kitchen which got very cold .Overall a good and very well located property with nice touches like the tea/coffee and biscuits which were appreciated.»
