«Location and accommodation was lovely. Owners were lovely although difficult to locate on expiry. Didn’t get to see them to say goodbye. Only downside was the shower/bath in the large rear bedroom did not work as there was no cold water coming through. A thermostatic cartridge problem maybe. So had to share another en-suite!»

«We had good time, a few miner details, showers in rooms didn't drain away quick enough,would have been nice to have mirror on wall in bathroom, very congested in kitchen with a few of us there, noisy neighbours which is not your fault, more T towels would been nice, Price for 2 nights bit steep»

«The information looked too good to be true ... but ... the house, the location, the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the owner were amazing. A fantastic stay in a beautiful area. There was so much to do and a lot of the time you do not need to drive,(always a plus when on holiday.) We all want to return. Will recommend it to everyone. The house was a home and little touches like fresh flowers on the kitchen table were an added bonus.»

«Family group had plenty of space to enjoy. Excellent patio with comfortable seating, ideal for evening drinks as the sun goes down. Great parking. Writhing walking distance of Poole Quay/pub/shops. »

«The property is over 3 floors with the shower and cloakroom on the ground floor. The stairs between the floors are a little daunting being spiral with narrow treads, I would say definitely not suitable for the elderly and are more than a little precarious to navigate, that aside, this is a beautiful well appointed cottage and in a great location for shops, restaurants and dog walks.»

«The room & bathroom were really lovely & the bed was VERY comfy! Some sweet & kind thoughtful touches from the lovely host Jenny. Lots of pubs within easy walking distance (but this particular property is nice & quiet at night) & some good eateries but The St TrOpez Lounge (yes that’s how to spell it) & The Guildhall Tavern were exceptional. »

«Small cottage but perfect for short stay Very close to harbour and Upton country park which was ideal with dog. Clean with a nice welcome pack Area is nice and quiet Only small issue is that you can’t open a back door (only had a front door) and let dog out. Mine has tendency to run off so needed to put him on lead each time he wanted to go out»

«We had a great weekend here with friends, lots of space inside and out and so close to the beach and other local activities. The hosts were great at communicating and we had no issues during our stay. Although we had a bit of a surprise when the 2.5 bathrooms turned out to be 1 shower room and 2 small loo rooms without any loo role - which for a house accommodating 12 was not what we had anticipated! »

«Generally good. Clean and modern with quality furnishings. Well equipped kitchen. Downstairs bedroom quite cramped. Nowhere to put clothes. Dishwasher hadnt been emptied. Couldn't get into recycling bins. Parking awkward. »

«The cottage is lovely. I was a little surprised/disappointed by the close proximity of other houses as the pictures make it look quite rural. A good sized cottage with a beautiful garden leading out onto a recreation ground which was ideal for the children and walking the dogs. The cottage was well equipped and spacious with modern amenities including a lovely coffee machine and range cooker. Unfortunately there were somethings that we felt could be improved on.
