«We had a very nice stay for a long week-end at Boscolo, Autograph Collection. Extremely nice and helpful reseption. Breakfast was wonderful and all staff at the hotel was very service-minded. The hotels location is a bit off the main street, but free boat trip both to city center and to Murano island. Many very good restaurants and nice wine bars in the neighborhood. Only one complaint - very hard mattress for my taste, but my friend found it ok so ..... Would definately stay there again.»

«The staff, when we were there, was not very welcoming. Some of them were polite, but a lot of them were grumpy. The lunch in the pool bar is not very good and the breakfast is mediocre. The dinner location is fantastic and the food is nice. The wine was fantastic. Also, the rooms does not have separate air conditioning. They are on a central system. We adjusted the room for 20 degrees Celsius, but the temperature was maybe at 24 degrees. Tried to adjust it to 17, 15 and then finally 10 ...
