«It’s hard to know where to start with this review. Rish was amazing and super responsive. I always tend to feel a little disappointed when using short term rentals but this was one of those rare times where the apartment exceeded expectations. The layout is great, the apartment was clean and well appointed, and the location to the subway and shops was super convenient. If Rish will have us back, we would definitely stay here again. Fantastic stay for us and our family and friends.»

«We stayed here in August and it was the perfect place for us! It was so nice to have toys at the property that the kids could play with and not worry about them running around in the back yard. I couldn’t imagine being in a hotel room after staying here. It was close enough to the wedding we were going to and not too far from London by underground. «This property is just as advertised. Host Jimmy was very nice and responded immediately to any questions, provided very accurate and simple check-in instructions. Location was walkable or a quick taxi / Uber to the Tower and other Thames Bridges, as well as the Tower of London and other attractions. Didn’t get to enjoy the patio due to the weather but it looked nice. Enjoyable stay.»

«Visiting Chingford (where I'm from) From New Zealand is a pain, so having somewhere comfortable in a good location helped a lot! Rebecca's house was lovely, spacious and comfortable - and Rebecca is an accommodating host! The location was perfect with easy access into central London, for those days when we didn't want to travel into central we were able to explore the beauty of Epping forest as it was on our doorstep! I highly recommend the property and we will most certainly be booking again ...

«Would totally stay here again! Everything was nice and new. Quite compact (especially the bedroom/bathroom areas) but it was entirely comfortable for a solo traveller like me :) It’s a private apartment attached to the host’s house, but you’ll have your own separate entrance to the outside, which makes it easy to come and go as you please.
