«The place is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly and professional from the front of house to waiting staff to the house keeping teams. Everyone we met went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms are always super hot so we opened a window, only to find the storage heating was on when we return. Just worth checking before you leave your room that is on zero.The spa is also lovely with excellent staff. »

«A lovely hotel. Very clean throughout. The room was spacious and modern with a decent shower and quality toiletries. The bed was big and comfortable. I appreciated the extra towels provided. The bar area was comfy and drinks reasonably priced. The grounds were nice, with good outside seating. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. The only very small downside was that the room was very hot, even with windows open. That said, we would happily stay there again. »

«Didn't get to stay in 2 bed apartment on the premise that the flat was ruined by the previous occupant. Went past it from the station though and it seemed fine... Was moved to 1 bed apartment owned by the operator. This had no parking and was further away from the gardens. On top of that we were told that we had to leave the keys under the doormat because the electrician had to come round. That meant we had to leave the keys under the mat while we were out all day, forcing us to keep our ...
