«This place is a scam and no good for families. The pictures do not reflect the condition. Furniture is broken, no utensils and not clean. Do not book this place and run away from it. Had to re-book on another hotel the same night. »

«We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us since we have family nearby. The first floor worked well…the kitchen is up to date and functional. The second floor bed set up wasn’t ideal - the double bed should be set up better to have 3 functional bedrooms. The only other comments are we missed having a w/d and the router signal was weak which affected tv transmission. Overall, we had a very enjoyable visit.»

«The purpose of our visit was to move my niece into her NYU dorm. The location of the property to the campus was great, and it was very quiet. The kitchen and livingroom area is as pictured, but the rooms could use ceiling fans because the rooms were humid. Also, the bedding could be updated to give that 5-Star hotel stay feeling. «Did not feel safe outside/parking. Drug induced people all around/ ladies of the night. I was scared my car would be stolen or broken into each night. The property had all these keys for you to use but they didn’t keep the doors locked. Anyone on the street could have entered the house at any given time. There were people hanging around on the street next to the cars doing drugs 24/7. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The water in the sink gets really hot but the shower water was cold.»
