«I am a traveler and I'm not a picky person when it comes to hotels but i know how to rate them because I truly understand what is expected depending on the situation. That being said this place is a wonderful vacation spot. Perfect for what you should want in a "hotel". These are 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom houses with a kitchen. There a fold up bed outside the bedroom for guest. Washer and Dryer. Clean, fancy, hardwood floors, private and Very spacious. This place is not really for solo travelers ...

«This was our second stay at seagulls nest and it was even better than the first time. As usual it was super clean and so accommodating. The inside and outside of this adorable house was perfect. The yard and the decor inside was so cozy and comfortable. John and Lynn were so kind and attentive and quick to respond. We will be returning again hopefully before the year is over.»

«Me and my family and small dog stayed at Maureens beautiful house on the bay for a very long weekend. Everything was clean and as it looked on the site. The view is priceless and even better in person. It is close to everything on the island, but the bay beach and park is steps away. The kids and us loved it!!! There was even a food truck and a Memorial Day celebration right there and fireworks, which we had the best view on the island! The rooms were great, everything is there that you could ...
