«We have mixed feeling about this stay. The hotel is modern, both the rooms and the kitchen/reception area is super nice, cozy styled and furnished! However our room was not proper cleaned. We gave information about this to the staff who promised to fix this by the next day. In total we had to report three times about this problem before anything was done. Everyone we talked to was very helpful so clearly the problem is with the communication to the cleaning staff. In the end we got a new room ...

«Dirty, the room had not had a good cleaning for a while. The receptionist happily «cleaned» it (removed the worst stains) when we arrived and complained. She promised housekeeping would clean the following day, but it never happened. Nor did they clean the following day....»

«The hotel and facilities was excellent. The staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast and our evening meal was delicious. The room and the views exceeded our expectations. Using the hotel bikes to get around was great fun and quicker than walking. The area around the hotel was quiet and felt safe. The bus was a short journey from Centraal Station and there was a good frequency of services. Overall, a fantastic stay at the July.»
