«Our stay was very pleasant…enjoyed the spaciousness of the place, the location was centrally located & the host was responsive & helpful. The biggest challenge was the weather…it was super hot & humid…We checked with the host beforehand to see oíd there was any a/c or fans…no a/c but ceiling fans & one stand up fan…we brought an extra fan from home. «I would not stay here again. the freezer was frozen and leaked on the floor. no extra blankets, the bathroom was not clean and had hair on the flor and hair on the shower floor. «This is my third time renting this home. The host is excellent and very accommodating. The house is always spotless. Each room has its own full bath and there is a half bath on the first floor. Washer with clothes line and full kitchen for cooking. Large patio with grill. Safe with fenced parking. Location is between Ajijic and Chapala. I would highly recommend this property.»

«The house is very modern with amazing views. Set up and the colors they use all over the house are just amazing. The singing of the frogs and crickets at night made this place like an enchanting environment along with the everyday mist all over the mountains. «My major complaint is because they said we renting entire house and is only an apartment and they don’t let you go to any other part of the property. I ask to the guy and he said is only for the view. Also they have somebody living on the top of the house.
