"Took about an hour to check in at arrival, due to 1 person handling checkins and serving guests. Had asked to stay in women-only dorm, but woke up to two men that had arrived in the middle of the night. Turned out they did have available women-only rooms that had been available all along, but for whatever reason they didn’t respect the request. They did however change my room the next , but for the rest of the stay I had issues with the key not functioning, which they helped me with, except for one of the last days of my stay when I encountered a very difficult employee who kept saying this wasn’t my room and that I hadn’t paid. Even after showing my receipt and proof of full payment, he was very difficult and kept asking why I was in a different room than first assigned. Other employees kept trying to tell him that everything was fine and that I was a guest and that they could see I had paid everything, but he didn’t want to listen to them and I had to spend nearly an hour at the front desk, after a long day and being very tired, trying to sort the issue out.
