«I loved this place. I’ve stayed at a lot of cabins throughout the Appalachians. This one is very rare in actually being located deep in the woods, providing a ton of privacy and beautiful nature. The cabin itself is on a private driveway and backed up against secluded woods. It’s also decorated very well. We loved the first and second floor balconies allowing you to sit outside and read and relax, not to mention the hammock. I would give the owner feedback more than 5 stars if I could. They left ...

«We really loved staying here for a week at the end of June. Sadly the temperatures were above average and the single window air unit was not enough to circulate through out the entire house. We didn't want to leave the windows open while we weren't there because of our four dogs. Also the lack of a fenced yard will stop us from returning. We brought a small amount of fencing with us which worked out great but takes up to much space in our SUV. If there was a fence we would return for short ...

«the cabin had everything to offer! Loved the hot tub, the wrap around porch, a cosy bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. We had trouble finding a roster for a couple of days, but then we found it on the back of the bottom cabinet. We had so much fun! Felt very safe and very comfortable. Thank you very much!»

«We can't say enough about our host, Molly (and her husband)! We came down to the area just after Hurricane Helene and had to navigate a few storm related issues but it was no big deal and Molly made it easy. The house is adorable and well appointed. The area is beautiful, close to great hiking & biking. Truly enjoyed our time and hope to be back soon! »

«The house was nicely decorated. Fairly clean. Kitchen needs a few more pots. Only one there Close to many bike rentals. We did the trail both directions. Once with rented bikes and the other direction with our own bikes. Check your rental bikes closely. One of the bikes had a warped wheel with loose spokes. Damascus is a beautiful taunt town with many friendly people. We had a good time. »

«This newly renovated mountain cabin was is a great location- 5 min walk to downtown. Loved the large back deck with edison lights. The host was amazing! Quick responses with any questions, he checked via message to make sure I was settled and to let him know if I needed anything. Simply made my trip stress free and enjoyable!!»
