It is the guest’s responsibility to carefully read the entire Rules & Regulations since it is legally valid and will apply without exception to all who stay in this property.
PLEASE READ THE ELEVATOR POLICY CAREFULLY AND STICK TO THE USAGE POLICY STRICTLY TO AVOID HEAVY PENALTY.
Registration: The guest must state the exact number of people who will be staying at the property. Only registered guests will be able to stay at the property and we reserve the right of admission. It is forbidden to organize any type of party or event within the property. The guest acknowledges and accepts that their stay will be only for the days stipulated in the reservation and that they cannot convert the property into their residence.
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is at 2 pm. On the day of departure, the guest must vacate the property before 10 am. After that time, the property management will have the right to make an extra charge according to the current nightly rates. Management reserves the right to enter the property and collect the guest’s belongings after check-out time to make the room available for the following guests.
Elevator Usage Policy:
Elevator is commonly used by the residents of all the floors. The usage policy is strictly enforced by the property management. The renters and guests agree to not abuse the elevator in any form. There are signs posted by the elevator not to block the elevator door using any objects. If there is a need to keep the door open, please press and hold the “OPEN BUTTON” inside the elevator to keep it open for a very short period of time. The renters and guests should not block the elevators with any piece of luggage or objects to keep it open for any reason. This can shut down the elevator and result in expensive repairs up to $6500 to fix. In the event the elevator shuts down for any other technical reason we will do our best to get it fixed immediately. If the elevator cannot be fixed due to any technical challenges the guests will have to use the stairs or make their own alternate arrangements. If the elevator shutdown is due to a renter’s mistake, the renter will be held responsible for the repairs which can be up to $6500. There are Cameras monitoring the common places.
Noise:
The guest must at all times maintain respectful and considerate behavior towards other guests and neighbors, and try to keep the volume of their conversations, televisions, and music moderate so as not to disturb others.
Children:
Guests accompanied by minors must watch over them at all times and they should never be left unattended. The guest will be responsible throughout their entire stay for any accident that the minor may suffer within the properties managed.
Energy Savings:
Please do not abuse electricity. These Forced air conditioners cool down quickly, so no need to leave them on all day to stay cool. Turn off the A/C if you leave the property for a longer time.
No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. There is a significant room recovery fee for guests who do not comply in order to cover the cost of restoring the property to a smokefree condition. It is also prohibited to have any type of weapon or illegal substance.
Inspections: The property manager has the right to enter the property at any time to inspect or perform any task, such as repairs and general maintenance.
Cameras:
The building has been installed with security cameras at all the floors to monitor public and common spaces. All the material obtained from said cameras will be made available to the authorities if necessary.
Damage:
The guest agrees to leave the property in good condition and will be responsible for any missing or broken items. They also take responsibility for the actions of all other guests in their reservation. Any damage caused by the guests to objects, furniture, or general property will be their exclusive responsibility, having to cover the amount of their repair or replacement. The amount to be paid is entirely at the discretion of Management.
Please make sure you check all your belongings before you vacate. The property management will not be responsible for any items left behind.
The guests must take responsibility for cleaning up their waste.
An additional fee may be charged if the property requires excessive cleaning.
Pets:
Pets are strictly not allowed on the property.
Release of Liability and Indemnification:
Personal belongings of any value should never be left unattended. Property management declines all responsibility for the loss or theft of jewelry, money, documents, or other values of any kind. Every time they leave the property, guests must close windows, lock all doors, and keep their personal belongings safe and secure.
Neither property management nor the property owner or any of their representatives will be responsible for any injury, loss, illness, or damage to any guest or guest property.
Neither property management nor the owner of the property or any of its representatives will be responsible for any alteration or inconvenience that the client may suffer while occupying the property caused by the actions of neighbors or by unforeseen circumstances, which include, but are not limited to, the interruption of water, gas, electricity, or internet services.
