«The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. »

«The Perfect Getaway Home My family stayed at Sugarlands Villa in December 2024, and it was spectacular. This villa provided the perfect retreat for a family seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. «The employees were friendly and helpful. There were some safety issues at this property. I fell in the bathroom because the tub was very high and the step to enter was too low. The room door needs a peephole. The step on the outside leading to the second floor has one stair two inches higher than the other stairs where i bounce my toes numerous times. I reported all these issues to the property manager on duty he did not take any notes and told me he was aware of these problems. Apart from that ...

«This was our worst rental ever. The property had a great location but that is the only positive thing I have to say about it. It was dirty, the sheets and white towels were dingy and stained. We rented it because it listed a washing machine but we waited a week before they installed it. The property manager never came when stated. Ran out of propane for the stove. There was less than 1 cm if soap in the soap dispensers in the bathrooms, 2 roles of toilet paper for a month rental, no dish towels, ...

«Had a lovely week here. There was abundant wildlife to observe around the villa, which was very comfortable with the benefit of the pool to cool off in. There are some lovely beaches a short drive away and Castara Bay is nearby.»

«The surrounding area was not as developed or close to a beach. The road leading directly to the inn was rough but I'd say it's a minor inconvenience. The inn itself is secluded, quiet and well kept. A car is necessary but the facility provided free car service. The manager was pleasant and quick to respond. »

«The check in was very quick as usual my apartment was very comfortable i enjoyed it , and of course it was close to my events so i had ball so it suited my purpose the shower is dated need some new linen outside needs some work but as i said it suited My purpose. Close to all major pubs ,restaurant and beaches so that's a plus if you don't need to go out there's a pool on the property overall i had a great stay.»

Ypperlig bassengområdet, ellers helt ok

"2 netter i januar 2025. Greit nok rom. Ser litt stusslig ut, men var rent. Booket superior med havutsikt. Vi var i første etasje og så såvidt havet. Sengene var ok. Wifi var veldig dårlig på rommet, men ok ved bassengområdet. Hadde all inclusive, og der kan du drikke så mye du vil. Middag var helt ok, frokost var dårlig, med unntak av at man kunne bestille omelett eller andre typer egg. Men hadde med en litt kresen gutt, og da var det bare loff og syltetøy. Bassengområdet var over all forventning. Og de fleste som jobbet der var veldig hyggelige:) Gikk til flyplassen, tok mindre enn 10 min, så det var også greit. "
