«The entire house has been recently renovated with a very nice kitchen/great room. The bathrooms were all renovatead very nicely also. All in all a very nice renovation with a cool, modern vibe. We were able to walk to The Pearly in about 5 minutes. The property is just a few blocks away from I-35, I-37 and the 281. «We had 11 adults and 11 children ages 3 - 15. This property allow for all families to have their own space when needed but a wonderful area outside for us to be together. The kids never complained that they were bored because there was so much space with lots to do. The basketball court was probably the biggest hit. Horseshoes, disc golf and pool was also used often.
