«This place was amazing! Cute guest house with two bedrooms and a loft. Well stocked kitchen. Views from the property at every window were gorgeous! Step onto the beach from the private yard. It is a small bay that seems only accessible by property owners along the few properties that line it. Very private and swim able. I loved waking up here every morning! If you want a non-tourist, authentic island feel for your stay this is the place. The drive in off the highway is gorgeous and definitely ...

«This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed. We brought our 10 month old, as well as 84 year old grandma and had all the amenities we could ever imagine, pack n play, two large play yards which were wonderful for the little one while we were out on the lanais»

«This was our fist visit to Kauai and the location of this house was terrific on private beach with Kilauea and Hanalei nearby. The king bed was comfortable and we appreciated the full size fridge, the ample towels, washer and dryer, beach chairs, umbrella and bogie boards. The kitchen was well stocked and the high quality blender made making pina coladas a delight. Very cute and would highly recommend.»

«The location is very convenient and I found the snorkeling to be just as good directly in front of the house as anywhere else on the beach (tried over by the boat dock). The location in front of the house makes going down to the beach very easy any time you feel like it. And it is much less crowded than the public area which is priceless really. It is hot at night for the evening then cools off overnight. Even with all the vent windows open and the fans going. I am not someone who needs air ...

«For us, the cottage was perfect in every way. We like to keep our time on the north shore simple. We rented bikes and only used the car for specific outings. We walked the beach, swam the ocean, used the outdoor shower, and lived on the lanai except when we were in the gardens. The cottage is lovely and equipped with everything we needed. Mahalo Kauai, for allowing us to share in your island life for a time. »

«Absolutely loved the location, the quiet neighborhood, the big lanai, the outdoor shower and the brand new bbq! Found the counter space a bit small for doing much cooking. Only small issue was that the cutlery drawer had a horrible musty smell, possibly from the wicker tray, so we kept our cutlery in a mug on the counter. Would definitely stay again!»

«Poipu crater was so magnificent, walking distance to the pool and beach. Condo was a little out dated, but hey you’re in Kaua’i what more could you need! The condo was perfect for 2 couples! Or even for a family. Was a great place to spend our vacation. The only negative thing was that the HOA president and his wife are very rude, accusatory, and snooty.»

«This little gem was a great place to stay while exploring the island. Most of the things we wanted to do or see were on the north shore, so it was a perfect place for us. Enjoyed having a tub to soak in after a long hike, and the lanai's to just watch the world go round. »

We felt so comfortable that the only negative thing we can report is that we only booked 10 days (our mistake ;-)).The Nene Nest is exactly like in the pictures, but more beautiful.
