«The house was very comfortable and all the amenities were as advertised. Host family left a very sweet basket of goodies, complete with a bottle of wine. Weather did not permit us to use the fire pit...but it looked wonderful, compete with plenty of wood for the fire and a basket with all the fixings for Smores. My first time renting through VRBO that the door code was withheld until 30 minutes before check-in... but that was the only negative to the whole trip. Thanks for sharing you home ...

«Overall communication was easy as well as check in process. Outdoor space was perfect! Home was cutely decorated. Kitchen was fully stocked as well as paper supplies and other misc bath supplies. I brought a lot of things I did not need because everything was well stocked! Short drive to UTK and close to a lot of nature preserves. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to see our son! My only neutral comment is that this says "sleeps 6" due to the presence of an air mattress so ...

«Perfect for our needs: small family home-base for a Christmas visit to the area. House was very clean and exactly as advertised. Minor communication & maintenance issues. Cornhole boards were a nice touch. Excellent location.»

«Our party had 9 adults and 9 children ranging from ages 2 to 16 years old and we all had so much fun. Whether we were playing games in the loft, swimming in the pool or watching a movie in the theater room - we all had something to do and plenty of room to spread out. I highly recommend this cabin for family get togethers.»

«The Marble Alley Loft was comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, extra pillows and comforter (great since it was very cold when we came). Had everything we needed and was within easy walking distance of great dining. It was a little tricky to get our bearings inside the building, but not a deal breaker at all. We would stay here again. »

«Maria was great in keeping an open communication throughout the days before and during the stay making the planning of what stuff to bring, check in and check out process a breeze. Although the cabin is a little hard to locate(would not recommend going the first time in the dark), was a great place to stay with all spices and necessities included and pizza, coffee and deli places nearby. Overall we had a great time at the cabin. Would definitely recommend.»
